"Nova bomb is a panic super"
Do you realize how -blam!-ing long the casting animation is? Do you also realize how little damage resistance is also given? One shot from a shotgun or a couple from thorn or tlw will instantly bring down someone channelling nova bomb. Even with skull of the ahamkara the bonus defense when casting isn't that much. It's nowhere even comparable to a strikers unstoppable.

Yeah but you keep your super energy if you don't get the cast. Unlike a Hunter super for instance. So you can just panic it without issue.

When void chuckin' it's all about speed and timing. I've become something of an expert on the standard Nova Bomb.
-
Same damage reduction as Fist of Havoc and Radiance...

A warlock in radiance will only tank a few more bullets than normal. If they have radiant skin however, it's much more. A Titan in FoH is essentially unkillable even without unstoppable. The animation is too fast for any counter play as well. The few occasions a Titan is shot down mid super is when they cast it at extremely low hp.

Dude, if you want to talk about no damage resistance, I play gunslinger. There is no damage reduction for gunslingers.
-
Because a super that has up to four shots and can ohk at any range with extreme auto aim assist needs damage resistance right? I main hunter.
-
Incorrect on health. I've hit nova bomb people with felwinters, and they still have a tiny bit of shield and full health.
-
Shot package to the head will insta kill. With a found verdict however it's much easier to just spray them down.
