The Ketch-22 for Stopping Cheaters in Trials Of Osiris

Last night my friends and I fell victim to players who felt the need to cheat in the Trials of Osiris. Over the course of three rounds they booted all of us to orbit, giving us a loss despite having the Mercy of Osiris active, and netted themselves a win. In a mixture of confusion, frustration, and incredulity my friends and I neglected to use the in-game report system, as is recommended by Bungie. I saved the game footage, but the "naming and shaming" rule of these forums prevents me from publicly sharing the cheaters' gamertags. Bungie, with the in-game reporting no longer an option, and the inability to provide the offenders' gamertags via the forums, what recourse does the rest of the fair-playing community have for reporting cheaters? They will only continue to cheat if they are not stopped, and I currently see no way to effectively report them.
