Even if this gun only got a damage increase to put it on par with other sniper rifles it would be a massive improvement. I basically came when i found it, it looks amazing and i love the idea of a scopeless bolt action. Was suprised with it's 12 round capacity but that actually made me more excited as i figured it would do massive damage, nope. What the -blam!- bungie. I almost cried. What even is the point of this gun in pve? Why doesnt it do more damage? Why hasnt ot been fixed by now? I just dont understand.
It needs to do way more damage, it could even do the same damage if the Master perk actually worked and gave it a massive critical multiplier.. Imo this weapon needs: 0.5s reduced chamber time, damage on par with a leg sniper, at least 18 round ammo capacity, at least the same crit multiplier as other snipers, and a slightly slimmed down sight - that thing is way too chunky. None of the buffs i just mentioned would even affect pvp that much, especially damage as its a 1 hit headshot anyway. i just cant get my head around why bungie made it so underpowered in pce. And thats for any gun let alone an exotic. I might aswell be running around with a green sniper. In fact id probably get better dps. Also as a side note you seen to have to aim slightly above a players' head in pvp to get a headshot..
This gun could be so much more. As it is i couldnt continue playing destiny last night because i was so frustrated. I really really really want to use this gun. I love the idea of it and how it looks but its completely useless in pve. Please please please fix it bungie. Even just the damage or crit, at least it would be somewhat useable.

After playing around with it in pve and pvp last night i'd like to add:- why the clunge does it need rechambering after the last bullet has been fired? Thats just ridiculous. Not that it really matters as it'd need chambering after reloading if it worked correctly but its annoying when bam! ..kachunk..... bam! ...kachunk... ..bam! ..kachunk.. ...click... ..click... ...reload -.- Also the iron sights should have a lower zoom. And GustavoSun's 'pull' perk idea is perfect, way better than the uselezs mulligan perk.. not very keen on other ideas for no reserve ammo and one reload animation etc, would he kinda unrealistic... it just needs tweaking/better perks and more damage. Come on bungie listen to the hundreds of people who want this gun to work!
