Salmon head and eel stomach. I work at a Chinese restaurant and the chefs prepare these kinds of things for themselves, but they're glad to share!

wow that's pretty exotic. Old asian people say eating fish eyes improve eyesight but I don't know about that. Thanks for sharing, must be nice to eat for free at an asian resturant.
