In other words, if you calculate Damage Point for Damage Point, ignoring variables such as: [u]Enemy walking out of a Solar Flare Wolf pack rounds hitting multiple targets[/u] [u]And you assume all wolf pack rounds hit a single target And you assume the target stayed in the flare for entire duration[/u] [b] The Dragons Breath does actually produce more damage[/b].
