"This Account Has Not Played Destiny" Companion App Issue

Hi friends, I recently downloaded the Bungie Companion App for Destiny. I have tried everything you can think of from resetting information on all systems, rebooting, and trying to sign out and back in multiple times, but no matter what I do it continues to tell me, "this account has not played destiny." This is getting very frustrating for me, since I just switched phones specifically to have access to this app. It also is not pulling up any character information on Bungie.Net website. If you could help me with solutions that would be really great, because I would love to have access on my phone. Thanks, Jesse

  • Hey GFX260, You should try unlinking and relinking your account. If you're unfamiliar with the process, look [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130][b]here[/b][/url]. If that fails to solve the issue, Bungie.net is having some authentication issues with Microsoft accounts and you may be affected by it.
