Am I the only one who thinks 5% chance to refund a missed a round is a little too low to be a useful perk? On an average scout rifle thats only about a single bullet per clip. Kinda prevents me from wanting to drop marks on some of the scout rifles being sold and kinda bums me out when a nightfall gives me one with the perk generated. A slight buff to the perk would be nice. 15%-20% seems reasonable. Thoughts? EDIT 1: good feedback so far guys! Keep bumping and giving your thoughts! :D
