How visiting the city could work!

So I've always looked at the city and seen so much potential in it. It's always reminded me of the maps in titan fall for some reason. Now this gives me ideas what the city could hold. Deep inside the city is where the richest would be. They can give you special tasks of assassinations so they could rise up the ranks. You would be given a special weapon and could do it anyway as long as you are not caught. If you are, that character goes to jail which means it's locked away for so many days. Which means you have to switch to another character before you can play on it again. Still on the inside you can see the traveler up close. See him/her in all his/her glory. But still with the rich. They could offer you glimmer of material for races. Which im going to get into now. So on the outskirts people could pay you to do races with other guardians. You can slowly make your way up and soon be payed 1000's of glimmer for doing races every other day or every week. There would be unique maps with in the city and could get more complex as you make your way up. Which will test your skill and will show how good you are. Speaking of the outskirts, there could be the black markets. You could find very rare items and sell them or trade them for materials, weapons, motes of light, or strange coins. They could also give you bounties for crucible, PvE, or even special bounties that they stole from The Queen or that titan from the Iron Banner. Only you won't have to be in the iron banner to get the bounty done. It could be done regularly in crucible. Gambling and other guardian races. You could watch guardian races and bid on which ones you think will win. Or just regular gambling with glimmer and other materials and guns. Since your near the wall. The fallen or hive can attack the city and could be a global event. Every one in the tower and city will be warned of it. There can be really good rewards if no civilians are harmed. Also, the city could hold 60+ people (if possible. Let's just say the max that consoles can hold) Finally, you can buy an apartment depending on how much glimmer you have. That would be great because that's another place where you can store things, customize, and even invite friends over for a party or something. You would have to pay, every two weeks, the city for owning an apartment or house. The ones closest to the traveler would cost the most. The ones by the walls would cost the least. You could also gain reputation for doing things around city (A.K.A. Rich assassinations, races, so on) which could be used to buy very rare materials, weapons, or armor and shaders. It could also be used to reroll a weapon or armor piece. And there could be sick people that you could help, which admittedly could be boring but would give lots of reputation. Edit 1: This could be released in the Comet DLC. Since it's supposed to be the largest dlc it could pack on even more punch to keep people playing. Edit 2: Now I got a good question if you could bring a gun around. Think of the place as a HUUUUUGE social areas. Can you bring your gun out in the tower? No. But there will be areas where you can bring your gun out. This would be right next to he wall because there might be a random Dreg or Thrall around or even a wall breach. Next, in he black market. Why? Because you might be mugged by random by standers who want quick glimmer. You can get them back by two ways. If you can run next to the person(s) you can tackle them and turn them in (which would give you reputation for non-lethalness) but if you mow them down you are given bad reputation and (again) might be put in jail. I forgot to add that your friends can bail you out for 1000+ glimmer, depending on your crime. And last way to pull out your weapon. Assassination bounties. Pretty self explanatory. I have another idea. There can be separate reputations for Racing, city goodness, and assassinations. The more you do city bounties (EX: Scout the walls for thralls and dregs "kill 20", Take down this black market seller "Capture So-&-so") the better you can rise up and better houses you can buy. Better house = more storage and more showing off to your friends and laughing in their faces. More assassination bounties you do (EX: Kill so-&-so silently with the LDR 5001 silenced the LDR 5001 will already be given to you and silenced. No need to run around and buy a silencer) more rich people will notice you and pay you more to take down bigger and badder business men, marketers, or just hated people. This can grant you better income for glimmer and materials plus special weapons and armor that are better for assassinations (which means you rise up faster and get glimmer and materials a lot faster) Racing bounties (EX: win 3 matches in a row) can grant you better income for materials and glimmer and sparrows and ships. Ship racing could also be a thing with ships having stats similar to Sparrows. Faster sparrows = more challenging races with better players who are up for a friendly challenge race. Kinda of the same as the others. There could also be Huge challenge races like NASCAR related. High challenge, high pressure, high reward. Edit 3: BillToast made me think of this idea. The city would be in districts considering of wealth. No it would not be like any of those books that Tweens read and become into movies. It would be a fair place where if they wanted to move up the ranks it would depend on your smarts. If you're smart enough you can talk to the district judge and take a test from the next upper district to ensure a place in the next place. But here's what the districts would look like. District 1: the black markets and outer edge of the cities There would be poorly built wooden and scrap shacks. People with diseases that are locked up by others so it doesn't spread. Where people meet to trade in the black market. It's very muddy and a bit rainy with dark cloudy skies hanging over this area from all the factories in District 2. District 2: The poor This is where all the factories are and also better built shacks that are still very small with little plumbing. These people are better in health but still have struggles living. They go to these factories every day that are made to create power and do lots of sweat shops. These people live in slightly gloomy skies and dirt path roads. District 3: The middle class These people would have regular average houses you see now but a bit more modern. They work in middle class jobs as Police, Teachers, technicians, etc. the skies are a bit cloudy but still able to see the sun and the traveler. They live with decent wealth and health. Nothing to special but from lower districts, district 3 opens a lot of doors. District 4: The upper class (on their way to be rich) Think of these houses as bigger houses and apartments. Very modern and very fancy. They have regular but very smooth roads. They happen to be the creators of popular growing businesses who are moving up the ranks. They live with little rivers flowing through the district and clear skies letting the sun shine down. District 5: Government, Big Corporations, And the very rich. This is the top fancy or fancy. The richest of the rich. You must be of very very high wealth to even step into the place. You must be the creator of a huge business or be of a government official said. The place is littered with large apartment buildings and mansions. Lakes and streams go throughout the place and make everything fit in place. They stand right in front of the traveler (not under it or they would be in shadows).
if you want to talk about other things or how you would change this, comment or PM me
