It's coming between the dark below and the house of wolves expansion. You can tell because the dark below symbol is on a sparrow that has been leaked. My guess is sometime in March.

The Stranger's Rifle contains components that "shouldn't yet exist", I think it'll kick in during the (summahtaam) gap between the HoW and the Comet. The Grimoire will likely state that it is that time finally; (we already have Grimoire card talking about how we killed the Winter Kell) I can't wait to know [b]anything[/b] about the Seven Seraphs.
