As we all know by now, one of the most elusive feats in the arenas of the Crucible is to prevail unbroken; to wade through our enemies without halt and without meeting our mortality. So I pose this question to you all, have you strode through the Crucible's fires without so much as a singe? To those who have, share your tales with those who are your lesser! I remember mine clearly, a small rag-tag fireteam of three facing off against a rival in a violent skirmish. We met on Mars, in a Firebase devoid of its creators. We held the abandoned halls steadfast against our rivals, and I stood tall against my them as my allies succumbed. Their sacrifices were honored as we achieved victory, my body unmarked by their light. A surge of adrenaline coursed through my veins as my victory was acknowledged. It was truly spectacular.
