Login Error Nationwide and Abroad
I can't login. Haven't been able to all morning. Seen that many many users nationwide and abroad are having the same problem. The problem: upon selecting to sign in, the status icon stalls at "SIGNING IN" and then I get an error message (cattle). Many others are also reporting cattle and another group is reporting banjo; some report seeing both. I've checked my internet connection and it works perfectly. Regardless, I reset my modem and power cycled my connections. Also checked firewall and port forwarding. All good. My PS3 also has no problem connecting through another game. Everything else works perfectly on my network.
What is the estimated time it will take to repair the problem that is preventing many others and myself from logging in?

2 RepliesThis problem is not due to bungie, its Microsoft/PSN problem. Bungie cant do much about it. Go take a nap or some shit cause you guys are getting a bit too pissed at a game.

]Go to the forums on a computer( doesnt show in app) there is a red banner that states they are aware and bungie is investigating.

5 RepliesI'm new to this fourm but I was wondering. Do any Bungie reps or forum mods post on these matters? Some gamers finally have a day off and can't play, would be nice if they had a word or two on the matter. I feel the pain. Thanks for ur comments in advance.

Glad Bungie is working on this. I've not been able to get in all morning. Getting Cattle error every time I try to start, got MARIONBERRY once, but I think that was a fluke. Restarted my router and even enabled port forwarding on all ports bungie suggested. Gotta wait for them now, I guess. Location: North Metro area, Georgia, USA.

Thank you chuckd104 for bringing this to light. I am receiving "cattle" as well. Was playing up until about 5am ET with no issues, so it must be pretty recent. Hope Bungie can get this squared away quickly. Happy Hunting Everyone!

Same here getting "banjo" .. just a hey were working on it would be great. They try to sell that their all about there games and the gamers but then they are silent when there is an issue. .. bungiefail
