My friend has had all of his characters deleted. He had 3 characters 1 of each and all at a 31/32 level. He has invested lots of time in this game well over 15 days over the 3 characters. He has lost numerous exotic, raid and legendary gear and weapons and materials and currency with only a few things left in his vault. He has asked me to try and help him so I have been posting in various forums to try and get a resolution to this. We finished Crota hard raid Saturday night into Sunday morning and he logged off about 1:30am and went to bed. When he got up on Sunday about 8:05am he was greeted with a character select screen that had only 1 character, a level 1 Titan. Only on his recent activity list it said he had played Destiny at 6:05am. This was not him as he was asleep. I am sure someone has accessed his account and deleted his characters in a malicious attack. Now I know that Bungie state they won't restore deleted characters, but I think something can and should be done. Obviously he is devastated as anyone would be. Even if Bungie can't restore the deleted characters I have been told that they should be able to track where this access to his account originated from. Any ideas or help to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. His PSN is JUNIOR_2U on PS4 and in the UK.
