So I have an auto rifle with the Glass Half Full perk unlocked Supposedly the bottom half of the magazine has bonus damage Well, the first half was doing 133 against a dreg's head While the last was 136 Did someone misplace a decimal point when they programmed that perk? Cause a 2 percent bonus is pretty useless 20 percent would be more reasonable
