What is the actual rate of RoS and why does the perk description say directly and not Occasionally directly. It's misleading for those thinking the weapon will grant ammo directly to the mag. Black nail reloads after every 3 rapid consecutive criticals, why can't RoS be bumped up to pro more often to make it a truly useful perk?
