New Hotfix bug for extra materials - Crota's End 12th January 2015
So after today's patch went live I helped some CLAN members complete Crota on their character before the reset later on and after I had completed the raid once this week with all drops accounted for I managed to get an extra drop for each character - Check out my Video for what you have to do.
Edit - Yes it is a pvp video in the background (known as filler) there is text that scrolls within the 1st 30 seconds describing the bug. you can watch the rest of the video if you want but the bug is in the very beginning.

I can also say that even if I had a video showing this bug it would not prove anything as I would not be able to prove that I had not gone through the Raid once already on the same character - you will just have to take my word and get extra materials this week (I received 4 Radiant Energies and 2 shards)
