Imagine this. 15 days before Christmas a tree appears in the middle of the tower. The tree has an elf under it. When you walk up to the elf this dialogue starts. Elf: hi guardian, would you mind helping me in my quest. Guardian: *silent, showing no emotion* Elf: guardian the world has become a sad miserable place that is deprived of joy! Can you help me restore happiness to guardians everywhere! Guardian: *silently accepts quests* The quests would include random acts of kindness which may include: *revive teammates *assists in crucible *defending in crucible *many more!! The elf would also give you a class item which would give a santa hat to your guardian. (This hat will give all rep towards the elf's faction) The elf would have custom christmas legendary weapons at rank 4 or 5. The weapons may include Auto rifle:green colour with red highlights on the weapon. Shoots bullets that leave a green and red trail. Also has christmas lights around the weapon that blink and change colour! Perks *killing minions of the darkness spreads happiness across the world that prove super energy for your super charge. *random generic perk Hand cannon: The perfect snowflake. Colour would be bluish ice(if that makes sense) with subtle carvings to make it resemble a snowflake. Simple yet elegant. Perks *explosive rounds and over penetration *luck in the chamber Pulse rifle: this may sound crazy but I'd really like a Christmas tree weapon. A weapon which looks like a christmas tree. When ADSing the sight would look like badjuju however on the sides pines would poke out to give it a treeish feel. Scout rifle: I really dont have any nifty ideas for this one sorry. Crucible changes: maps should be covered in snow. White landscapes as far as the eye could see! This would really shake things up in the crucible and give us the joyous spirt. Cosmetic stuff. XUR should be replaced with Santa. Atheon should wear a santa hat. This could be alot like the iron banner and queens event just alot more festive.
