New Subclass ideas (and maybe other things)

I know, they say that new subclasses are 'very unlikely', but i had a couple ideas anyways. So without further adieu.. _____________ Hunter - 'Survivor' (Void) -Super ability would call forth a bow from nothingness. Either has a time constraint or Ammo restraint (something along the lines of Arc blade, possibly.) Could also benefit from Precision damage. -Melee ability could involve a Leeching trait (heal x% of damage done or a low DoT) -Grenades could include a timed grenade (detonates 3 seconds after thrown) and a 'fastball' grenade (travels faster, detonates on impact against enemies for sticky-esqe damage, very low blast radius otherwise) -Super augmentation abilities could include Explosive arrows (like explosive rounds, but slightly bigger), arrows that overpenetrete targets, or a spread shot (fire x arrows at a time in a conic pattern, for slightly less base damage per) -Jumping abilities wouldn't differ much from other classes, but could have a unique 'wall-jump' perk that enables a 3rd jump if touching a wall. _____________ Titan - 'Crusader' (Solar) (yeah also unique name.) -Super ability would bring forth a sun-infused Broadsword, using the basic sword mechanics (minus the slams). Usage constraint could mimic Arc Blade's mechanics. -Melee ability could involve creating a temporary shield in front of you (think Juggernaut perk), inflict a very short Stun (3-5 seconds), or knocking the enemy away from you. -Grenade ideas are iffy, could probably have grenades similar to Scatter grenades with less clusters but more powerful, probably some AoE and sticky-type grenades as well. -Super augmentations could involve a Cleave (Hits all enemies within a 180-degree radius in front of you, fast), a ground slam (Crota sword mechanic, a bit slower with a bit larger AoE), or power swings (base attack gets stronger damage, but strikes a bit slower). Side perk could allow a small wave of solar energy to be launched with each swing, extending the reach of the sword by 2x, but doing less than normal damage outside the normal blade. -Jump abilities likely won't differ, but if a unique perk is available, could do like a stomp after lifting (very small AoE, yeah this is a unique idea *cough*..) _____________ Warlock - "Stormcaller" (Arc) (also unique name) -Ideas Coming soon. ______________ That's all i got for now. I guess if any of you think i could figure something out, give me a start point on an idea or a change and i'll see what i can think of.

  • I love the idea for Hunters, especially the wall jump perk. Very much like Titanfall, even better are the elements for each new subclass, so.all 3 classes are balanced out in the solar vs arc vs void argument
