Help unlocking Guardian Abilities Grimoire Card!
Okay, it seems that the Guardian Abilities card can now be unlocked as I have seen many people with it on Destiny Tracker. I am talking about the card in the first section under Subclass. However, for some reason, no one will tell me how to unlock this card. I personally believe you have to make a new character of each class. I need to finish my Hunter Grimoire card before I can delete him to test this myself.
If anyone has an empty character slot, can you please test this for me? Just make a new character, launch the first level, then delete the character and make another of a different class. I have one of each class already made but still can't get the card to unlock, so even if you already have a Warlock, make a new one anyway then delete it after you launch the first level.
Finally, if you do manage to get the card, you won't get a notification. You need to manually check on bungie or the App to see if it worked (the House of Wolves card can also be unlocked now by going to the Reef for the first time after the Stranger's Call mission but you won't get a notification for that one either - you don't need a new character for this one, just join someone else's group before the go to the Reef).

3 RepliesI Have this on PS4. I wonder if creating the new characters on a PS3 would suffice? I rather not delete my characters. I have a family member who has it on PS3. I could always borrow the game start fresh with each character and delete my data once I'm done. Would this affect any of my data for my current save on PS4?

2 RepliesJust wanted to confirm that @Rubedo URTV 666 method worked for me as of today on PS3! I am not sure why it did not work before seeing as how I had all 3 different characters created. However, today I made sure that I switched between subclasses for each character as soon as I was able to move around after the first cutscene.

Took about 8 full cycles (hunter, titan, lock). Went with the Cinematic Run inside Grab gun Move to next area (instanced, you'll notice other characters up to this point). Switch sub-class approach. Nerd points didn't increase, but I have the card now. Now for the 6 hour grind to level cap. -_-

Just wondering how to minimise your losses if you delete a guardian. Assume you stash any gear or inventory you want in the vault. Your then left with regaining the necessary experience for your level, subclasses and any reputation (eg vanguard)?

3 RepliesI have two 31's and a 30 with all 6 sub-classes maxed and i still don't have this card. Is deleting one of my characters and redoing all six subclasses really the only way to acquire this card?

I dont know, I dont have it either and I have 3 lvl 31s. I dont have voidwalker unlocked though, but I have the other 5 subclasses fully unlocked.

4 RepliesIf you are referring the supers, you have to make one of each character as seen with the cards I have. If you mean the subclass cards, I am almost certain that they unlock the same way.
