I know people are used to their normal holidays, but shouldn't we see new different ones in Destiny. I know, modern holidays don't have to fit in lore wise, but society would probably be observing some different holidays in the far future. Traveler Day: A day commemorating the arrival of the Traveler and his light. Light Day: A holiday memorializing when the Traveler sacrificed himself to save Earth. These are just some ideas for important dates for the Guardians and city residents. Personally I would prefer to see events centered around in game holidays over tacked on real world ones (let's be honest, the Halloween event was forgettable). It would help build the world our characters inhabit.
