Dear Bungie,
I am having a problem with the The Dark Below expansion. I already purchased it through the PS Store and it tells me that its been purchased. But it appears that I can't access it through the game even though its been purchased and in the PS4 library it tells me that its been installed.

i have exactly the same issue (exactly!!!!!) and i tried restoring the license (many times) an it didnt work

But back OT .... if you follow bungies guide of doing a license reset (even if you never put it on another console) best copy the key down first as often the reset can cause it to disappear all together (making life worse)

I've heard the suggestion that restoring your licenses can help with dlc problems, I'm XBONE so don't know how to do it but I would give it a whirl if you know how, hope that helps.
