Only got 2 radiant energies from Crota?
So we had a very skilled hunter with the sword, we downed crota on first attempt, all good until me and someone else ONLY got 2 radiant energies? Like seriously? 2 radiant energies? What is up with that? Everyone getting weapons and me and someone else get just get 2 energies? Jeez is this a bug or should I expect this in the future?
Not to mention me getting 2 raid boots and 2 hunger of Crota from running the raid 4 times, what happened to this new RNG system which gives you "fun" loot

60 RepliesNot a bug. Raid rewards are random. Te new system increases the chances of "fun" loot when you haven't received any in a while. But that doesn't mean weapons are going to drop every time.

1 ReplyWhat do you think? You should get an exotic for every chest every cp every kill throughout the raid? Hell! BUNGIE I just finished the entire storyline and didn't get any shards, energy, or exotics!!!!! What's up with that?!?!?! Is it a bug???? I believe I should have gotten full set of gear and an exotic weapon!!!! Sheesh!!! Gimme a break people!!!!!

I'm joining the club it seems, back to back weeks 3 characters, total of 6 runs and just shards and energy from crota. Thought my game was bugged, looks like it's just Bungie,s RNG.

Dude, I totally get you. I ran the raid twice last night. My warlock got - 2 energies, my hunter got 2 energies. Last week they both got the Blackhammer. I wonder if that is their compensation since blackhammer is extremely good. However, WTF!?!?!?

Keep giving bungie a chance but its getting bad, my last 6 crotas I have gottan 2 enrgys or shards everytime we beat crota and the worst part is we usually do it with 2 guys! You would think that since we are only two their 'fun loot system" would somehow see that but nope keep getting energies and shards... Same goes for the nightfalls, just this week 2 times the dragons breath (which I already had 4 times) and one time a legendary fusion worth nothing... Its a fun game to play and it is very addicting because you want to win everything and I understand that you can't get good stuff everytime but to what extent is the system 'random'...

1 ReplyAlso remember to check at the tower with the post master, if you had your weapon inventory full then there is a chance that a weapon is waiting fir you at the tower, it happened to me with the fusion rifle

Gotta say that this is a bit of a jip. 5 people got weapons and a couple got helmets. I got energy, 2 of them. The least useful of the radiant... Any reason for this Deej?

I've ran the the raid twice and I have all the armour, the shotgun and sniper. Guess you just have to be lucky

yeah same thing happened to me with all three of my characters. Also happened to me last week after beating crota. Now I have to wait another week for the same bullshit drop. Thanks Bungie you guys rock.

C'mon guys man up a bit. I've gotten a sword breaker from crota and that's it, aside from energies, shards and the like. Three crotas a week since the dlc came out. Be grateful you got anything at all. Gotta go in expecting nothing, then you won't be disappointed.

I did the raid on all 3 of my characters today, got 3 energies, 2 energies and 2 energies... I see what's going on here... ? THIS CAN NOT BE RANDOM... either that or the coincidence is mighty strong.
