Ghost above Warmind
Theres a ghost above the warmind on the top of the "brain" in the middle of the room.
Also a good place to solo it on hard mode and kill all those pesky witches.

Just found this today while derping around doing the first firewall quest. Had to check and see if anyone else had found it. Haven't seen it in a video yet.
