No glimmer at all in Strike, even when using the consumables. GLIMMER BUG!!! BUNGIE FIX, unacceptable.
So i go into a strike, and noticed i get no glimmer whatsoever, for any kills. So i use the Blue Polyphage consumable to get more glimmer. Still nothing. So i did other missions same thing. No glimmer. Only way I get glimmer now is in patrol mode and i have to use the consumables. Or i get nothing...
I am not going to play for hours and get no sort of reward for what I have done. plus with the new upgrades, how is one supposed to get glimmer from missions if you don't get glimmer.
I think this is unacceptable. Glimmer bug.
It should be that you get (x) amount of of glimmer for each enemy you kill. Like before. Then when you use the consumable, it doubles it up for you. (X) x (2)

Yeah your not suppose to get glimmer from these guys because there so many yellow health enemies and basically turns this strike into a glimmer run and that would be unfair for xbox players and other players that still don't have the dlc

5 RepliesSame for everyone, things have changed. You only get glimmer for 'yellowed' health enemies, even if you use a consumable (black wax, bp, etc.). You might still get glimmer on red'ed health enemies when doing patrol missions however. Eris will be selling heavy ammo packs for black wax once you reach level 3 with her, but without an abundance of heavy ammo packs you will learn to get better without heavy weapons. The new 331 guns really do make it easier to not use heavy weapons.
