Self healing Minotaur still not addressed

Everyone has reported this self healing minotaur which can cause wipes because he self heals himself when he should die.
if you are passionate about tending to your garden, then why hasn't this KNOWN issue been fixed yet?
is it quite possible that you'd rather fix exploits than the bugs that run rampant?
i'm all for fixing exploits, but take care of the bugs that make us want to "cheese" and you might see a different response from the community when it comes to the Raid.

Edited by ~Abyss~: 12/7/2014 10:43:09 PMThe health regen stuff happens to more enemies than just the raid. I've had it happen in venus on patrols and on other venus missions. It seems to happen with certain vex enemies for some reason? Mostly minotaurs that are majors and ultras.

wait til the dlc hits... roll your weapon up to tier 2.. max it's attack at 232.. then go in and make his healing... how did they put that in star trek?.. futile. :P

I've never had this issue my guess is that its related to a players connection (mine is excellent) or that players just get stomped by the minotaur and don't want to admit it. I think its still an issue but it doesn't happen as frequently as people say. *Possible pro tip, my friends connection is shaky and when he was leader we had a lot of glitches. He passed the leader to me and the test of the raid was buttery smooth. It might just be coincidence, but it can't hurt to pass the leader to the person with the best connection

My understanding of this, is that it's a latency issue. I've had multiple enemies self-heal and I see the issue happen when playing with international groups of players. I've been in party chat and kill a Minotaur/Praetorian, received glimmer for the kill, but my teammate will report a Minotaur/Praetorian that still has health on their screen. Which makes me believe that the issue stems from differences updating the server/receiving updates from the server.

I got glimmer from him dying, another spawned at out the portal, and he got up and tried to kill me again. Now I have two on mars side. It gets better! I scream "Help mars side, Gjallarhorn shot quick. The entire team fires a Gjallarhorn shots. That's four shots! We got the reward for beating the gatekeeper part. Atheon spawn. We run to the portals for cover. Pretorians is still alive and and is trying to kill us! WTF Bungie!!!

1 ReplyTechnically, it's self healing Praetorians is it not? The one in the right side portal when in the Atheon fight is especially bad. In groups I've dealt enough damage to it to kill it 6 times over, and then when it kills us all, it finally dies as soon as the team wipe reset starts

I've had this happen to my raid group and I so many times, it's not funny. Please fix this Bungie.

Yes they do regen but I have brawled him for 3 minutes straight he blows up then gets up full health in berserk. My raid leader witnessed it and so did other on his twitch or upload so... I say glitch, bug whatever. Of course these is as relic holder I draw corrective measure now while relic takes out goblins and the other oracles I kill him and hit oracles.

1 ReplyI had the gatekeeper self heal in the right portal last night. We had him down to a sliver and as I was reloading he popped up to damn near half life.
