Exotic Weapon Ideas

Hi Community and Hopefully Bungie, Here's a thread made to post your ideas for exotic weapons. Here's mine: Brewing Storm - exotic arc Handcannon It would basically have the shape of Fatebringer but the color scheme and lighting bolts like Thunderlord "Winds can be stilled, oceans can be calmed, but none can stop the storm with in!" [spoiler]For the stats below, 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest[/spoiler] Magazine: 4 Rate of Fire: 3 Impact: 9 Range: 5 Stability: 6 Reload: 8 Upgrade tree: Row 1: Arc Fan fire (maybe, probably not) Row 2: Soft Ballistics Linear Comp Accurate Ballistics Row 3: Third eye Row 4: Send it Field scout (increases mag from 4-10) Perfect balance Row 5: (unique buff) Brewing Storm: Precision kills cause enemies to leave behind a storm cloud, causing 3 lighting bolts to shoot out a nearby enemies. Then of course, the bs damage upgrades that you put in where needed Reason for such a low mag is because it has "lightning speed" reloads. [spoiler]Tell me what you guys think! Sounds better than Fatebringer huh?[/spoiler] Edit: I changed mag size (7 to 10 w/ field scout) Edit: Someone nechrobumped this Edit: At this point i would just love a fatebringer again y bungie y!

  • Nex Karma. [i]"I wake at night to find nightmares of this weapon redirecting the blows to us.[/i] -Ghost Memory Fragment Mag size: 36 (I know it's a lot, but this makes the Mædoujclåsp perk proc less often, making it, "less O.P.") Soft Ballistics CQB Ballistics Accurized Ballistics Mædoujclåsp (pronounced: my-dough-clasp) One random burst in the magazine rapidly fires twice at the same total speed, dealing double the damage as a normal burst. Rifled barrel. Extended Mag. Nex Karma Kills with the Mædoujclåsp perk slightly decrease damage towards the rest of the magazine, but strengthen your shield. This pulse rifle is a very low ROF gun, but can still two burst headshot a guardian, but takes longer than the Red Death/yr 1 Hopscotch Pilgrim. The double burst perk Mædoujclåsp can make a one burst headshot kill. Remember the perk is randomized and unpredictable. Cosmetics: This gun has the Tlaloc scope look with the energy strand orb things, but is colored purple. The rest of the gun is white and gold. (Kind of like the Telesto color scheme.)

        • FireLord- rocket launcher Description- Stop. Have no mercy. Then watch them drop. Look- Normal rocket shape but the skin of it has the illusion of it burning in your hands Exotic Perk- FireLord - When shot and hits ground it releases a deadly wave of fire that catches anything is its proximity on fire How to obtain- find the "FireLord" in the hive tunnel ways and defeat him and you will get a rare chance for it to drop but this place of the FireLord always changes after defeating him and he only come once every month for one day. Tell me what you think if it would be awesome in the game!

            • Corruption "...controls us all, we just don't see it because we're blinded by the light"-Kabr's final words before being consumed. A exotic hand cannon that has a completely different design to other hand cannons in game, it would be the same shade of bronze/gold as the fatebringer. The difference is that the gun is seperated in plates and the design would resemble somewhat of a conflux with a bright glow leaking from within. It's first perk would be firefly to allow a much greater impact on large groups of enemies in pve. The middle row would consist of hammer forged, field scout and quickdraw. A unique perk i thought of was called 'consumption' or possibly 'The system' where in PvE if a round hits the enemy in a critical area it would take over that one enemy for a short period of time (3-5 seconds) before they explode with a bright white light and deal splash damage to surrounding enemies. However, in PvP it must be changed to a mire suitable idea and that would be if the opposition are hit in the head by a round then their recovery would be greatly decreased for 5 seconds and could become a deadly combo if used with proper teamwork and execution.                 Gun: luminous: light the way guardian 4 mag sniper High impact low Rate of fire (like ldr 500) 1st upgrade tree 1. Smooth ballistics 2. Aggressive ballistics 3. Soft ballistics 1st perk army of one (unassisted kills increase reduces cool down of grenades and melee) 2nd upgrade tree 1. Snap shot 2. Field scout (to 6) 3. Small bore Main perk luminescent: kills explode on a kill and blind other enemies nearby. This also deals damage

              • The Pale Horse - Hand Cannon (PvP only) "And Hell followed with him..." It's special perk could be called Weight of Death which slows down guardian recovery for a certain amount of time. Similar to Thorns burn perk but not as cheap

Being Awoken got her closer than ever, and one day the opportunity was taken. She ventured into the darkness, where no guardian had gone before. It fed off her light, and she felt it without a care. That darkness is evil, and she was powerless. It took her, changed her. She was gone for so long, but she planned to do what the darkness wanted. Ghost Fragment 2: In this game of chess, she was the darkness' pawn. What was to happen next would change how people thought of guardians forever. She finally came back, and she brought something with her. An auto rifle, one of basic skill requirement. She made it a piece of her, painted it and treated it like a child. The darkness obviously had its way with her sanity, but helped her become as wicked as possible. She came back to the city and didn't greet anyone; barely acknowledge anyone. She murdered them, killed off more than half of them. The survivors were even affected, being driven mad by the immense darkness radiating from her. She killed ruthlessly, like she was bred for it. Ghost Fragment 3: After all that had happened, nobody could find any trace of her the next day. Some believe she went back to be with the darkness, others believe she dwells in regions unknown to the city, and a select few believe she was captured, taken by an outside force such as the Nine. Never again will we allow a guardian to get that close to the darkness. Never again.

                                • Pale Peter Exotic Sniper Perk 1: Clown cartridge Field Scout, fitted stock, High cal. rounds Special perk: If you hit a body shot and kill the enemy with a precision shot all incoming damage will be deflected/blocked however you want to say it. This can stack up to 3 times. Base stats are identical to the ldr's just higher reload speed. It has the appearance of Her benevolence just an off white color with red blood specks.
