My sleep schedule has been getting worse and worse lately. I usually have to wake up around 7:30am to be at work at 9:00. Normally I would go to sleep around 2am, which isn't really good to begin with. But lately, 2am is now considered early for me. I started going to sleep around 3-3:30, but now even that is a bit early. This past week i've been falling asleep between 4:15-4:45am, giving me only about 3 hours of sleep before having to wake up at 7:30.
The main reason for me being up that late is because i'm usually on my laptop at night and I don't realize how late it's getting. To fix this problem, the other night I made sure to turn my laptop off at 2am and try to sleep. That would give me about 5 1/2 hours of sleep, which would feel amazing compared to the 3 hours i've been getting. Unfortunately, I ended up laying in been for almost 2 hours, desperately trying to fall asleep but I couldn't, I was still wide awake.
Anyone else have bad sleeping habits?
