Bungie Please Help if you can!

This post is up so that if possible a Bungie personnel can lend me a hand! I'm playing on PS3 hard wired through a router to a modem provided by my apartment complex. I've tried every networking troubleshooting option available to me and nothing seems to work. Constant dcs and errors while trying to do Crucible and go to the Tower, some errors during patrols and story missions, almost none during Strikes or Raids. I have a type 2 NAT even though my router says it is open, the ISP will not yield any information regarding DNS address and are provided through the apartment complex so they don't care to help. Love all your Halo games, and I love Destiny I'm a huge fan of your studios work, strangely other games such as your Halo titles work without issue and I can matchmake without problem on other games. I bought the LE of this game and want to continue playing it without all of the errors, what else can I do, or can be done to help reduce all these errors? Thanks!

  • Still no help or assistance from a Bungie employee. Done all I can on my end I get so incredibly frustrated with all of these errors happening constantly, tried for an hour almost to play only one crucible match?! Bungie get on here and respond with some help other then copy paste responses like on other posts or lose a supporter and fan, and gain a adversary that will let everyone I know and every other gamer I come across to stay away from your faulty product!!
