"Activate Fan". wut.
When you enter the tower, head to the left, take the stairs up, then immediately head to the right. you'll see a set of stairs that go up to a sort of balcony- take those up then look behind you- there are some ventilation panels. If you stand on them you are give the option to "Activate Fan" What is this for?
EDIT: mystery soled. Turns out it was no mystery- I'm just out of the loop Q_Q

1 ReplyIf you stand where you're talking about you can see the top of the Postmaster's building. There's a fan on top of the building. If you get a buddy to stand on the fan while you hold the button to activate he'll fly in the air for a second or two. It has no purpose other than being a funny Easter egg. It can also freak people out who are standing on top of there.
