REPORTING
I am seeing a large increase in players saying they are going to report players for essentially playing the game... for example speed running. Please go throw your console in the dishwasher. You people are the reason why things such as actually reporting people that mod/hack, doesn't work properly.

No need to report speedrunners those people are hurting themselves because you the person killing the lesser enemies who isn't speedrunning have the higher chance of obtaining legendary engrams. I was put into a strike with 2 speedrunners and got 3 legendary engrams. I love it when people don't take their time and play the game gives me the advantage.

5 RepliesI report for those that idle during PvP or Strikes. I also report for cheaters. I'll be honest I like the idea that we can report people for being helpful, skilled, or friendly but I never think about it until that person leaves PvP or the Strike and then I can't think of the exact spelling of their PSN ID so that I can do so if I ever see them again.

Many people do speed running for chects, or materials. I even see players leaving the strike in the middle of it. But im never thinking reporting anyone for that. Use the player reputation option on your console and select avoid this player and their reputation will go down. But reporting at the bungie???! Seriously?

I report players who rubberband around the map for bad connection, that's the only time I use it.
