The Accused Sniper (flood fic) Part 1
Biosmiley walked into the court room in shackles, escorted by two armed floodians, their faces covered by a mask. Biosmiley looked at the floor, is mind racing. He couldn't afford a lawyer, and the way things worked in the Flood, he wouldn't get one for free.
In the Judge's seat sat Dire Dragon, his face grim. The jurors sat at their seats to left, not saying a word, the jurors being 7. WORKSHOPWIZARD (who was on his phone looking at Bungie.net), tamefrog7, and Rampant walked up to him with a bible. Biosmiley put his hand on top of it. "You do solemnly swear that the statements you make during the course of this hearing shall be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you Lenny?" Rampant asked. "Yes," Biosmiley replied.
He took a seat at the defendant's booth. Dire Dragon said, "You have been accused of murdering over 300 floodians by lethal weaponry and destroying New Flood City. You are here in the Supreme Court under suspicion of being a very dangerous man, facing life in prison. Do you wish to proceed with the trial?" "Yes," Biosmiley said. "Then let this trial begin!"
