Getting disconnected in every Crucible match

Even after the maintenance, I cannot stay connected for an entire Crucible match due to Centipede, Bee, or generic "removed from world" errors. Playing on a PS4 with a wired connection to a NAT 2 router with all ports properly forwarded. The most frequent Centipede disconnect is after dying, the respawn countdown timer will freeze with the "attempting to contact Bungie" message. Meanwhile the action continues above my corpse. The most frequent Bee disconnect is usually at the beginning of the match during the team introduction cutscene. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. I'd appreciate a pointer on how to fix this. Is my 1.5mbps connection too slow? Is my router failing? Do I need to yell at my ISP? Thanks for any help.
