Dark Souls or Dark Souls 2
Both being great games i wanted to hear the public viewpoint on which game is not only better in quality and enjoyment, but also as well as difficulty or memorability. Personally I prefer the first one being the bosses were more iconic and posed a much greater threat. Dark souls 2 reused Ornstein and the gargoyles. Although iconic they weren't anything new and bosses like the old iron king were cool but way too easy. Dont get me started on the dragon riders. Anyways, what do you guys think?

I could go on a while, but Dark Souls 1 is superior in many aspects. Some significantly, most not. It boils down to Dark Souls 2 movement and combat system being much smoother, and while I'd say Dark Souls 1 is the better game, I can't bare to play it because Dark Souls 2 is so much better in that aspect.
