Not Recieving Crucible or Vanguard Marks
X1 here. I've been playing the beta since tuesday and enjoying every bit about it, however after about 8 -10 bounties and hours of crucible time I've noticed that my marks haven't increased (6 VG and 42 Crucible marks). I wanted to know if there's a way to fix this, if so how? It's kind of frustrating to see the bounties report +100 Crucible Marks and then I get nothing.

That seems about right especially since u can't get more than a 100 a week I believe

The bounties aren't giving you crucible marks. They're giving you reputation. When you level up you crucible rep, better weapons and armor will open up to you. Just like with all of the other factions. Crucible marks are given very sparingly only as a reward after playing a crucible match.
