you guys really think they don't know about this in a beta? the whole point of this beta is to test everything and one of the major concerns is the network code under a heavy load.

Its an issue 'I want a halo sword' is not an issue yet it gains traction in these forums, thus place needs mods

Like for example Parody Threads: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/66512726/0/0 The only important issue i have seen a response to is the poorly implemented options to communicate: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/66559411/0/0 So i think acknowledgement of this issue would be nice but i ain't holding my breath.
