MY PROBLEM IS BEING IGNORED

Myself and about 6 others have been blowing forums up trying to get help with what feels like an install issue unique to us. We have all followed the XboxOne install directions perfectly for MULTIPLE installs but the beta still gives the corrupted install message POST installation. We haven't seen a solution and the only acknowledgement I've seen was a mentor that said he would contact a Bungie employee immediately and that was over 3 hours ago. I need a Bungie employee or a Mentor to PLEASE look at this and give me some kind of confirmation.

      Last night, I started my 12th install, played a little fifa, and then went to sleep while letting it install. Woke up this morning, thought to check and see if somehow it worked again, and it did. I made it to the tower and everything seems to run smoothly.

      • Crazy i had no Problem with it! After it shows me 2% download, it says me that i can start the Game! I press A and i get to the main menü of Destiny, after that it starts to install. I am in Europe Austria at home, idk if this is a region problem

        • PS4 are having connectivity problems as well. Reinstall and resetting router won't work. It happened on first day then went away but has returned since you xbox people started playing. Only conclusion I have is it's to manny people for what they have set up for this beta.

          • Same issue here. Multiple downloads, all completed, and same corrupt message every time i start the game. Lets hope they fix this or launch day will be a debacle! Well, for many anyway- if I cant even get the beta to work im not going through with pre-order

            • Happened to me the first time because I tried to launch the game when the message said I could . . . but it was not downloaded 100 percent yet. I had to totally erase the corrupted download, re-download from scratch, wait until it was 100 percent downloaded before I so much as touched it, and then it launched just fine. I have a day 1 Xbox One.

              • Bungie tweeted out yesterday that they are aware that Xbox One players are having issued downloading the beta. Have you already tried deleting the file and reinstalling it or restarting the console? If so you may have to sit tight until Bungie resolves the issue. It may already be solved and I just may not be aware of it, stand by.

                      • What happened for me was, it took around a minute to down, and when I went to open the game, it said it had to download a big 12GB patch... Did it happen like this for anybody else?

                        • I am past character creation. I am past the first level. The Beta says it's corrupted Mid-Cutscene upon landing at the tower.

                          • From the start of the PSN beta they haven't been updating individual threads about status, but issues were getting fixed. It sucks you can't play though.

                              • Im one of the people having this same issue the one thing im curious about is which version of the xbox one do the people having this problem have. I have a day one console does everyone else have a day one.

                                  BEGINNING TRANSMISSION: (Low melodious hum.) Trust me, this issue is far from unique to you. As expected, errors will happen and due to this being a beta, things will happen that not even us will be able to fix immediately. With working on Destiny and improving the Beta, responses and fixes will take time. Since there are various factors included in this issue such as network, system, etc, it will be even more difficult to work out. Your best option now while you wait is to contact your consoles respective support team (Xbox Support or PlayStation Network Support) and explain your issue to them. ENDING TRANSMISSION:
