Alright, so as we all know Next gen and Last Gen Consoles will not be sharing the destiny world together. And the reason that I heard constantly from articles is that Bungie did not want to give Ps4 and Xbox One users an Unfair advantage over Ps3 and Xbox 360 Users. Now I for one fail to see what advantage if any the next gen consoles would have over last gen ones in terms of gameplay. Other than graphics the controllers are essentially the same and the button layout is the same for both, nothing changes and yet this is the excuse I have heard. Now I play on a Ps3, and have not felt the need to get a Ps4 as of yet but I am saving for one. However I and other friends of mine who have not upgraded are being left out of the loop and hung to dry not being able to play with friends who have upgraded to the Next Generation Console. If, Bungie, you are so worried about the next gen having an unfair advantage then make it where in the Crucible you only play link Next Gen with Next gen and Last Gen with Last Gen. However in open world Free Roam, I fail to see how the two generations sharing the server would be a bad thing. You can team up with everyone you know, and as far as an unfair advantage goes, well their wouldn't be one, in Open World Free Roam you are trying to explore and Survive Story and Public Events together, as a team. I think that they should have the servers merged from Last Gen and Next Gen, I see no point in not having the linked, as their is no Unfair advantage given to Ps4 and Xbox One users over ps3 and Xbox 360 Ones. Anyway, that ends my rant, and I know I am not the only one to bring this up.
