Not Really American

I have just got my Codes but alas they did not work, my friend has same issue, i think this is because we are in New Zealand and signed up for Americas beta instead of Euro. Now all 3 beta codes when used give me error code E-82000134. Is there are way to fix this? Please help

Got the same problem but in Australia instead of New Zealand. It just wasn't made clear enough during the registration we [u]HAD[/u] to select Europe instead of the US. I have seen a few questions posted about this but there just seems to be no support or information on what to do or what is going on. If I learn anything more I'll post it for you. Good luck mate!
