It would be against every fiber of my being... Against everything I stand for, and have stood for, if I did not make this thread. But the words must be known. This revelation must be shouted from the highest mountain. The Prophecy that was written, has come true. For years, I campaigned with the wisdom that was bestowed upon me from the higher powers. I tirelessly educated my fellow community member with the propose of spreading the good news. I spoke out many times with my valuable knowledge, in the hopes that I could nurture the purest form of enlightenment in Bungie as they took major strides towards their quest for world domination. It was absolutely crucial, that in order for the community to become worthy disciples and for Bungie as a whole to succeed in building their next great adventure... that they learn the tru7h. So it was necessary for them to both know and understand the one power that will allow for their unstoppable success... That power, is the power of Dragons. For years, I pressured Bungie and the community to understand the importance of Dragons and how their inclusion in nearly everything is creates a recipe that guarantees success. It was clear that they realized the potential colossal failure ahead of them, if they were not to heed my fair warnings. As a result of becoming enlightened by my relentless mission to bring knowledge, Bungie has finally seen the light. They have seen the fire. And now, as it has been recently revealed, we as Guardians will now be expected to face, "A champion of the dark" in order to fulfill our entire purpose here, which is of course to become a master Dragon Slayer. I of course, have already achieved this honored title of enlightenment, but do not fret Guardian. Your chance to acquire this title, lies only just beyond the horizon. I think it should be noted though, that some of you may or may have not recognized the subliminal planning in which Bungie has been partaking in order to prepare you for your quest to become a Dragon slayer... (And no, hiring me to create #dragons threads was not one of those ways. Clearly, my enthusiasm for dragons requires no financial compensation.) But if you recall back to a time of the B.next release date, and the tutorial DeeJ shared with us in order to bring an understand of how the tagging system worked, you might also recall the example he used while explaining these tags. No. Instead, DeeJ chose to use #dragons. He planted that seed long ago, because he knew the future, just as I had seen it in the stars. He and the rest of Bungie wanted to get the Community thinking about dragons, and they insisted on encouraging the use of the #dragons forum tag. This was a great way to start off the slow introduction to something so incredibly powerful and awesome. Had we not been exposed to these subtle hints, the information overload would likely have been so intense that our simple minds would not have been able to withstand the magnificence and power of the Champion of the Dark that we are soon to meet. In addition, it seems evident that come release time #dragons will not only be the most popular forum tag, but it is obvious that Dragons are destined to receive their very own forum. I for one would like to congratulate Bungie on taking the appropriate measures that will now ensure that Destiny receives a multitude of GOTY awards, as well as likely being deemed Game of The Century. Now, to my fellow Community members, my friends... May you find it wise to use these next few months to prepare your minds, your hearts and your courage to valiantly face the Champion of The Dark.
