If you have depression or any other mental illness, have you received help for them?
If you have a mental illness like depression have you gotten professional help? I'm pretty sure I have depression or some sort of mental illness. I've been thinking about getting help for it but I'm not sure. I don't know if it will actually help me. That's why I want to know if anyone one here has had depression and if getting help actually helped.
