Funny gun making time!!!!!
Wouldn't it be funny if bungie added guns like...
The Procrastinator: a high output damage shotgun with a 1.2 second delay.
Rebels Leaving Plasma Burns: a plasma rifle that burns and damages the user if it overheats.
Left turn: a ridiculously inaccurate hand cannon with bullets that explode on impact.
Just...Stay...Still...: a rocket launcher that shoots rockets that spiral towards the enemy.
Unfourtunate Demise: a 3 round burst rifle that does low damage, but a very large critical hit chance.

Fat guy walking: does absolutely no damage, rather causes immunity to any and all damage for 60 sec. Target cannot run or use movement skills during effect. Walking speed reduced by half. All sound effects disabled and background music is only the tuba of the fat guy walk tune. Effect time can stack.
