Some fine print on the Xbox.com website has revealed that Xbox One voice commands will only be available in five countries. Remember that the Xbox One is launching this November in 13 countries, so it looks like not everyone will be able to enjoy all features of the system when the next-gen console makes its debut.
The fine print states "Xbox voice commands will not be available in all markets on the product release date. Voice commands will be available at launch in US, UK, CA, FR, and DE."
So 8 of the 13 countries the Xbone is launching in will have to pay for Kinect2 and not be able to use it to its potential. If you live in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Spain, or New Zealand you will not be able to use Kinect2. Three of those countries speak English.
Could it be any more evident Microsoft is rushing the Xbone out the door?

Kinect VOICE CONTROLS. Love the selective editing. OT: how are they rushing? They are supporting their biggest markets off the rip. Nobody launches worldwide simultaneously with any product. So by your argument every product in the world is rushed.

1. I don't care I live in the UK 2. I'm not getting it at launch 3. Some of the English speaking countries have a lot of accents (including USA, Canada and UK)...

That's one of the reason why the XB1 is delayed in some countries.
