Hello Everyone!

Hello WinPhone users! I'm Amit, a long time Bungie, Halo and WinPhone fan. When I entered the Bungie forums for Destiny, I immediately looked for windows phone related topics. The first ViDoc for Destiny shows an iphone app in development. And I really really wish they consider making an WP app before the game releases. So, Which device do you guys have? I use HTC 7 Trophy and I'll soon get Lumia 820. Good choice right?

  • Hey all. I myself am a long Bungie Fan and a WP8 user. I am on a HTC8X and its such a powerful phone. I would really like to see Bungie support this growing community of WP users as its only going to increase. I will like to help spread this more without having to to sound desperate to others. Being away from the console and having the opportunity to see whats going in the Destiny Universe via app sounds too exciting. I personally would not want to switch over to an Android or iPhone if my phone works just fine. Has anyone seen any forums that talked about this topic, if so please link it here. If not I believe I will start a forum to bring attention to other communities and hopefully see a response from a team member of Bungie. We have potential to at least get a response so let our voices be heard!

  • I've been sportin' the Lumia 810 for about 6 months now. Would be quite displeased if no Destiny app was released for WP.

  • I don't have a Windows phone, not yet anyway. Leaning towards an HTC 8x. But I too am really wondering about how well Destiny will integrate with Windows phones since like you said, all we've seen the develop for in the Vidoc was iOS. This is me keeping my ear to the ground, let me know if you guys hear anything.

  • I started with the HTC 7 Trophy but now switched providers and got the Lumia 920. I feel very strongly that they need a Bungie app for Windows Phone. As it appears in the ViDoc it seems like the iphone app is a very large part of the social interaction in and out of the game. This could be a large media hub for Destiny players where people can meet up on different planets and join "raids" or whatever Bungie will call them. I cannot see myself completely enjoying this game to the fullest or really getting it sucked into my life if I am not able to access this information that others on ios or android can.

  • Started with an HD7 and now have the 8X. Damn fine phone. Here's hoping that Bungie gives us App so we can follow what's going on with Destiny.

  • My first phone was the HTC HD7, had that for a year and a half. Now I've had the blue HTC 8X for about 2 months.

I had the HTC HD7, then I was gifted a HTC 7 Trophy, then Microsoft gave me a Nokia Lumia 800. Recently upgraded to the HTC 8X, good decision. I hope they make a WP app, they have this guy (http://www.bungie.net/en-us/view/profile/index#!page=index&mid=1358354) a XAML designer, exactly what they need for Windows Phone application development.
