You should hang out with your friends and talk about stuff. Shopping is also a great way to get over things like that. Also chocolate is really helpful as weird as it sounds! We women have some special hormones that get calmed down by sugar. So 2 or 3 pieces of chocolate cake or a box full of chocolates is a great solution. Don't mind putting some weight, going to the gym twice a week is really healthy and will make you lose weight really fast. So get over the asshole and remember that the world is full of handsome men waiting to be seduced by us... Don't lose your time crying and cursing your self about the mistakes you've made, you are young and and you never know what the future holds... So get over it and live your life baby! Who knows...
