Snipers and Aim Assist
So I'm not the greatest sniper but I'm also not the worst, haven't been doing it for very long, anyway. I've been using 1k stare and eirene and I've noticed that I tend to hit some super bullshit head shots with 1k but it's harder to hit those same shots with eirene.
I've always heard that aim assist is how slow the reticule travels when aiming over a target but why does 1k stare feel like it has suuuuch a huge hitbox? I've hit shoulders and it counted as a precision.
With eirene, not even chin shots count as a headshot. I have to actually get a legit headshot. A lot more difficult but still do able.
What do you guys think? Have you noticed a massive difference when using 1k stare and other snipers.
Btw same huge hitbox when using her benevolence, and my bad for writing a mini essay haha

4 RepliesAA Mostly has to do with bullet magnetism in this game. Those with high AA like 1k stare are more forgiving if you're not on target. Therefore it's much easier to master. I personally use Eirene because it's less lenient and using stare just feels cheap. That and I don't want to completely suck when I switch over to MCC every once and a while because I was so pampered by destiny AA
