So Crimson Doubles is off to a great stop. Since Crimson Doubles is played under the FAIRPLAY rules, all level advantages are disabled. Since they started the no special ammo at the start of all 3v3/2v2 match plays, our community has thought of another way to manipulate the curve. -Bring in Ice Breaker and Invective. Sit back, regenerate ammo, perhaps lose the round then get things back to normal when u have swapped weapons with full special ammo. -Bring in Thorn. Really, after the nerf to thorns devourer perk, I was shocked that so many imbeciles actually used Thorn yesterday. Thank you for the easiest wins in this event. Seriously, those of you complaining about Ice Breaker/Invective/Thorn need to stop and be thankful. All 3 of those weapons are garbage in fair play match making. Solution: IF you truly want to counter these weapons, here are some suggestions. - Invective loses to Felwinters. Trust me they will rage quickly. - Thorn loses to well every primary, but if you really want to piss them off use the Strangers Rifle. Melts them in seconds. - Ice Breaker, although great solution for the ammo nerf, still doesn't compare to Snipers like Efrideet's Spear or Her Benevolence. Even Shadow of Veils will help to make them rage. Yes I offered first year weapons as solutions. That's what makes this fun. Don't allow those useless imbeciles who cling to their thorn make you second guess yourself. I enjoyed the hate mail I received when one player told me, Felwinters!!! Really!!!.
