The crucible is absolute garbage now. It is unfortunate that you are penalized for using a primary so much so that bungie even made it a bounty to use them. Snipers are running rampant with nothing to keep them in check. Dare I say sniping is too easy with excessive amounts of aim assist and no randomness to where the scope will fall before aiming or after firing a round. I'm not sure the fix for this but maybe look into how call of duty keeps their snipers in check. I think a solid sneeze does more damage at this point than shotguns and I'm not sure why people thought the kill range was so excessive to begin with. Just make them slower to handle and bring back the range. The different classes are also ridiculous. The titans finally had something for crucible and everyone started crying nerf. While the hunters continue to dominate with their one hit kill, multiple shot supers. Hunters need to be killed with notably less damage than other classes if they are going to continue jumping and dodging every shot taken at them with ease. None of the classes are perfect but I have noticed that the hunters trample the other classes moreso than not. We all know the lag and eternal matchmaking but it's also worth noting that playing as a single person or just a fireteam of two is extremely difficult. Almost always you get put into a slaughter of a game halfway through or you get put on a team of potatoes who don't know what the word objective means. Often times I find myself loosing enough consecutive games that I either switch to mindless strikes or play a different game. It's worth noting that I am no pvp God in any sense but I do hold my own and play the objective. At the end of the day I love this game and want it to succeed in both pvp and crucible. I enjoy both sides of the game but recently crucible has been less than fun. I want to like it and I try again and again but it keeps giving me the same impression.
