It seems rather almost as if Bungie doesn't want to assist players with problems because there is no individual support. No email or number to call if you are having an issue that keeps cropping up and the forums can't really address. Rather than hoping a forum entry is noticed by Bungie and fixed for you specifically, why can't they just have some method of communication that is more direct? Just a suggestion, from a user with a problem that the forums don't help with...at all.
