Is it possible to get a legendary sparrow at the end of SRL play?
Or should I purchase SRL Record book and clear quests to earn one?

after you complete step 2 of the main quest by amanda holliday, she gives you another quest to go kill taken and such, which awards you with a sparrow. :) I completed it in half an hour with a buddy yesterday, it's easy and gives you the snowscream sparrow
