The reason it isn't nerfed is because it doesn't need to be. This is no different from the blade dancer rants that where in the forum before. A hammer titan is easy to kill or avoid you just need to know the tactics. You can easily just use corners and keep jumping or you can snipe them at a distance. They can be killed but you have to use long range tactics to win against them
