I will buy a xbox one today, in my 360, I have all dlcs, if I buy destiny for xbox one I can transfer dlcs to one or I need to buy the dlcs again? Please help me!!

The only DLC you'll have to repurchase is The Taken King expansion as it is only DLC that is not supported by cross-buy.
